CONFIRMED: Another Chelsea New Signing Completes Medical At Cobham Ahead Of Chelsea Switch



Chelsea reportedly now have everything in place to announce their latest signing after the completion of medicals at Cobham.


The Blues recently confirmed that Aston Villa academy graduate Omari Kelly has completed his Chelsea medicals. It’s also been confirmed that another starlet has completed his medicals ahead of the Chelsea switch.


The Blues have looked to conduct a lot of their business early this summer in order to provide the best possible avenue for success for new manager Enzo Maresca.


Meanwhile, transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has claimed on Twitter that Barcelona and Spanish striker Marc Guiu have successfully completed their medicals, making the official announcement to bring him in imminent.


Marc Guiu is said to be signing a six-year deal upon his arrival at Stamford Bridge.


Once the deal is officially confirmed, the Spaniard will become Chelsea’s third signing of the summer, after they signed Tosin Adarabioyo on a free transfer from Fulham and Omari Kelly from Aston Villa.


The product of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy, Guiu enjoyed his breakthrough campaign with the Catalan club last season under manager Xavier Hernandez, but he’s now expected to work under a new coach at Chelsea starting next season.
