Mykhailo Mudryk is 'desperate' to leave Chelsea to get more consistent game time and a solution could be found in the January transfer window, according to reports. The Ukrainian, who joined the Blues from Shakhtar Donetsk for £88.5million plus add-ons, has started just once in the Premier League under Enzo Maresca this season.

After being an unused substitute against Manchester City, he was handed an opportunity from the start at Wolves, but was hauled off at half-time having failed to impress. Mudryk played for 16 minutes off the bench in the home draw with Crystal Palace, but did not feature against Bournemouth on Saturday.

Although he started both Europa Conference League play-off matches against Servette, it has been a frustrating period for Mudryk and has summed up his time at Stamford Bridge so far. Since moving to the Blues from Shakhtar, he has scored just seven goals and added five assists in 62 appearances.

Now, according to TEAMtalk, the 23-year-old is 'desperate' to move elsewhere to get more game time and it's said that there is a distinct possibility that he could leave in January. Chelsea are understood to be 'open' to offloading Mudryk, with a move away being described as 'very possible'.

There is interest in Mudryk from the Premier League and around Europe. Bayern Munich pushed to sign him on loan back in January and are still looking at him, but their interest has dwindled following the appointment of Vincent Kompany, who replaced Thomas Tuchel earlier this summer.

Another club in the race for Mudryk is Marseille. It's claimed that manager Roberto De Zerbi is a 'big fan' of the winger and believes he can get the best out of him. A loan move is the most likely outcome for Mudryk in January as clubs are not usually keen to splash out big sums mid-season.

In any case, Chelsea are unlikely to recoup the £88.5million fee they paid to sign Mudryk. A successful loan elsewhere could be the best opportunity for his his valuation to rise again.

Meanwhile, Mudryk is not the only player Chelsea are willing to offload in January. Axel Disasi, Benoit Badiashile and Ben Chilwell are the other three that could be sold if a suitable offer arises.

Disasi started the 1-0 win at Bournemouth and might throw himself back in contention for a regular first-team spot, while Badiashile hasn't played a single minute of Premier League football this season. Ipswich and Crystal Palace are said to be weighing up moves for Chilwell in January.
